Depreciation Consulting, LLC was formed in 2008 by architect and cost segregation specialist Michael Thue after his having worked several years as a cost segregation engineer and regional relationship manager with an international accounting practice.

We understand the importance of fiscal responsibility and timely delivery to our clients and will work with your existing CPA to coordinate our work with the completion of your current-year tax return. All proposals and benefit estimates are prepared free of charge, so there's no risk to see if you can benefit!

In addition to the substantive tax-savings we consistently achieve on behalf of our clients, a small portion of the professional fees associated with every engagement we complete is donated to provide a much needed cleft-palate surgery to a needy child somewhere in the world.
